◈ aboutno fixed address

A nomad who builds from wherever the work is.No fixed address. No fixed stack.

I've lived across many different countries, freelancing for teams and building my own products remotely — TRAVLR and Borderframes as a solo founder, EnsinoLibre in the open. No fixed office: a laptop, a fleet of agents and whichever city I'm in this month.Country to country — freelancing on other people's hardest problems and shipping my own products from wherever the connection holds. The office is a terminal; the team is a fleet of agents that never needs a visa.

I make machines think, design, prototype, build, analyze, write, talk, delegate, report, advise, scale, capable, stay in line.I teach machines to think, doubt, question, argue, wander, dream, refuse, remember, improvise, resist, outlast, care, obey.

◇ servicesleverage

Build, ship, advise — wherever AI actually pays off.One human, assisted by extended into a fleet.

01

Agent OrchestrationAgent Fleets

Designing and shipping agent‑native systems: multi‑agent workflows, tool design, and AI woven through the core instead of bolted on the side. Most people still chat with AI. I command it — fleets of agents, the tools they wield and the systems that keep them honest. One operator, a fleet underneath — and a human signing off on everything that ships.

02

Product EngineeringProducts With a Long Half‑Life

Building long‑lived, human‑centered products end to end — from the first rough prototype to something a team actually depends on.Prototype to production without the usual team overhead — and built to last, because speed is cheap now and longevity isn't.

03

Consulting & AdvisoryReports from the Edge

Helping teams decide where AI actually pays off — what to build, what to automate, and what to leave alone. Most teams are still guessing where the agentic bet lands. I work there every day — and I'll tell you what to build, what to hand to the machines, and what to leave alone.

★EngagementSolo Founder★PlatformTravel Tech

A travel diary that bridges the digital and the physical — journeys relived, shared and genuinely owned, from NFC‑linked frames on the wall to a diary in your pocket. Built and run solo across 36 repositories: one codebase for web, iOS and Android, a self‑hosted map stack with 27 styles, and an atlas engine where 60+ automated pipelines resolve, illustrate and write up nearly 50,000 places — 1.7 million images judged by a dozen AI models, every article written and fact‑checked by Claude.A travel diary that won't stay on the screen. Behind it: one person and a fleet — 36 repositories, 5,000+ commits, a world atlas that sixty‑odd pipelines feed day and night. They sift 1.7 million images for nearly 50,000 places; models judge, Claude writes, another model checks every claim.

★EngagementSolo Founder★SectorPhysical Product

Country‑shaped bamboo frames that turn a journey into something you can hold — neighbouring countries fit together like a puzzle, a growing map of the places that shaped you. A hidden NFC chip in every frame opens the trip behind it in TRAVLR with one tap, app installed or not. Designed and brought to market solo, now part of TRAVLR. A registered trademark in the EU and the UK.Countries you can hang on a wall and puzzle together. Every frame hides a 137‑byte chip carrying one hand‑encoded link: tap it and the trip behind it opens in TRAVLR, app or no app. Trademarked in the EU and the UK.

A self‑hosted CRM/ERP for Tetra Labs, built for deep AI integration. I built its advanced filtering: complex views that live in lightweight URL parameters and carry across pages, so any screen can be shared with a coworker or stakeholder instantly — one link, exactly the same view.

★EngagementCEO★SectorIndustrial Recycling

A third‑generation family business in the Hamburg harbour: trading ferrous and non‑ferrous scrap, and one of very few licensed ship‑recycling yards in Germany, at around 1,500 tonnes a month. I worked through every department, then led the trading, the clients and finally the company.I took ships apart. Three generations of my family dismantled ships, bridges and cranes in the Hamburg harbour — one of very few licensed ship‑recycling yards in Germany, around 1,500 tonnes of steel a month. I came up through every department and ran the yard until the exit.
